- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon EACH: Dried thyme, mustard powder
- 3 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic cloves until fragrant.
- Sprinkle flour over garlic, then gradually pour in chicken broth while stirring to avoid lumps. Add bouillon cube, soy sauce, onion powder, thyme, and mustard powder; mix well.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cooked through. Stir in heavy cream before serving.
