  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (shredded)

  • 2 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 10 whole cloves of garlic
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup flour
  • 1 beef bouillon cube (or 1 tsp better than bouillon)
  • 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce (can sub Worcestershire sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon EACH: Dried thyme, mustard powder
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic cloves until fragrant.
  3. Sprinkle flour over garlic, then gradually pour in chicken broth while stirring to avoid lumps. Add bouillon cube, soy sauce, onion powder, thyme, and mustard powder; mix well.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cooked through. Stir in heavy cream before serving.
