Easy Cream Cheese Chicken (Quick & Creamy!)

Ingredients

  • 23 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 23 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Sear in oil and butter over medium-high heat, 5–6 min per side.
  3. Remove chicken. Add garlic and broth, scrape up browned bits.
  4. Whisk in cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Return chicken to skillet; simmer covered 5–7 min until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with sauce spooned on top.

Notes

  • Add spinach or mushrooms during final simmer.
  • Use full-fat cream cheese for richest flavor.
