  • 10" flour tortillas
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Granny Smith apples
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 1/2 lb raspberries (optional)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp preserves (strawberry or raspberry)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Lightly spray each side of three tortillas with cooking spray and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Stack and cut the tortillas into 12 wedges using a pizza cutter. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
  5. Place tortilla chips on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 11-12 minutes until crisp.
  6. Meanwhile, peel and chop the apples; toss with lemon juice.
  7. Dice strawberries and kiwis; gently combine all fruits in a large bowl along with optional raspberries.
