  • 250g cream cheese
  • 180g sliced salami
  • 1/4 cup baby capers (drained)
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley or basil
  • Crackers (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Lay cold cream cheese on cling wrap and cover it with another piece. Roll into a rectangle about 32cm x 23cm.
  2. Remove top cling wrap and layer salami slices over the cream cheese.
  3. Add capers and herbs, then turn over so cream cheese side is facing up.
  4. Carefully roll from one edge, removing cling wrap as you go, and roll tightly.
  5. Wrap in cling wrap again and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing into rounds and serving with crackers.
